A focused take on Figma / Miro. Shapes, sticky notes and connector arrows live on a real affine-matrix infinite canvas, and many users edit the same board at once. Conflicting edits merge automatically per-property through a Yjs CRDT, live cursors sync in milliseconds, and a hand-written quadtree culls the viewport so it stays smooth with thousands of objects.
